You should take daily calcium supplements (600- 1.000 miligrams elemental calcium daily)becauseType O have a tendency to develop inflamatory joint pain and arthritis. Cheese is bad for your digestion, but you can have an egg 3-4 in a week. Oils & fatsiUse only olive oil or flaxseed oil.Use better butter for Type OAB:
Mix together half pound ofumalted butter and quarter of cup offlaxseed oil Add three tablespoons oflecitin granules,Open a 400IU vitamin ,,E" capsule and squeeze the contents into the mixture. Nuts seeds: Type O trying to loose weight should avoid nuts,Only pumpkin seeds ( rich in zinc) and walnuts are highly beneficial for them, altough nuts may worsen digestive problems in people Type O with problem colons.
