RECOMMENDATIONS:

Meat& poultry: Any meat is poorly digested by Type A's. who thrive on vegetable protein.

Seafood & tofu can replace meat. All meat act as a toxin & is stored as a fat, Fish:Tyye a can eat fish 3-4 times a week. Fish oils reduce heart disease which makes them important for Type A, Avoid halibut, hake,sole& flounder- it annoys Type A digestive tract. Type A woman with a family history of breast cancer should eat edible snails(escargot)- it helps fight caneerCin a precancerous state the body makes a protein which allows the cancer to spread. Snail7s meat have the ability to block this). Dairy& Eggs; Dairy' products are not good for Type A at all. Their blood refuse dairy

secreting a lot of mucus If you suffer from sinus or asthma ,eliminate dairy. Oik &fais: Type A needs very little fat.OJive or flaxseecl oil are helping elimination,

cholesterol & heart.Corn & safftover oil upset digestion.

Nuts &. seeds; Nuts provide protein for Type A. Almonds, walnuts,pumpkin& sunflower seeds are excellent,also cancer-fighting peanuts.(avoid peanuts if you have gall bladder problem).

Beans & legumes ,-Type A thrive on beans & legumes, as they provide protein. Avoid garbanzo, kidney, lima & navy beans, as they are slow insulin production in Type A, which leads to obesity & diabetes. ^op/Type A are encouraged to use soy instead of animal proteifi.hecause their system

responds well to soy which also protects against cancer.

Grains: Cereals & grains should be eaten one or more times by Type A.Whole grains should be chosen over cereals.Type A with astma or sinus should limit wheat, as wheat increases mucus production,Type A should balance acid-forming wheat with alkaline forming foods as fruits.

Vegetables: They are crucial part of Type A diet, and should be eaten raw or steamed to preserve nutrition. Maitaki mushrooms have anticancer properties,onion & broccoli are powerful antioxidants. Carrots, collard greens,kale,pumpkin & spinach are highly beneficial, also garlic as immime system buster and natural antibiotic. Avoid pepper and olives, also potatoes, sweet potatoes, jams and cabbage,Tomatoes have harmful effect and although corn is neutral, avoid it if you have bad digestion or want to loose weight. Fruits: Type A should eat fruit 3 times a day, especially berries & plums. Apricots and figs supply potassium, pineapple, grapefruits & lemon aid digestion. Avoid melons, cantaulope & honeydew melons, because they contain harmful for Type A molds. Mango & papaya cause indigestion in Type A.

Juices: Begin each day with small glass of warm water into which the juice of one-half lemon has been squeezed. This will clear the mucus accumulated overnight and aid digestion. Sugared fruit juices should never be consumed as they are acid forming. SpicesS herhs:Sov based spices as tamari miso & soy sauce are beneficial.Blackstrap molasses is good source of iron.Kelp supplies iodine. Sugar & chocolate are allowed, but avoid white processed sugar, which slows immune system.Vinegar irritates stomach CondtmentsMo beneficial condiments.Avoid pickles&ketchup-can cause stomach cancer Mlscellanous beverages: Coffee . green tea & red wine are recommended.
