100% rye bread, rye crisps, Rye Vita, soy-flour bread, spelt bread, Wasa bread. Avoid : wheat bagels, corn muffins, durum wheat, English muffins, wheat matzoh, nigh-protein bread, multigrain bread, oat bran bread, pumpernickel, sprouted-wheat bread, wheat-bran muffins, whole-wheat bread.

Grains & pasta: grains and pastas each 1 cup dry and 3-4 times in a week

Beneficial: none

Neutral :barley flour, buckwheat, kasha, artichoke pasta, quinoa, basmati rice,

brown rice, white rice, wild rice, rice flour, rye flour, spelt flour. Avoid:bulgur-wheat flour,couscous flour,durum-wheat flour,gltiten & graham flours,

oat flour, sofaa noodles, semolina pasta, spinach pasta, sprouted-wheat flour,

white flour, whole-wheat flour.

Juices ; serving 8 oz (I cup) juices and 2-3 times daily, also 8 oz of water 4-7 times daily

Neutral: apricot, carrot, celery, cranberry, cucumber, grape, grapefruit, papaya,

tomato water(with lemon),vegetable juice. Avoid: apple, apple cider, cabbage, orange.

Avoid: capers,cinnamon,cornstarch,com syrup,nutmeg,ground black & white pepper vanilla extract, apple cider & balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar,white vinegar.

Neutral: apple butter, jam & jelly, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salad dressing

Avoid:ketchup, mayonnaise,dill pickles,kosher pickles,sweet pickles,sour pickles,relish.

Neutral; catnip, camomille,dong quai, elder, ginseng, green tea, hawthorn, horehound, licorice root, mullein, raspberry leaf, sage, skullcap, spearmint,thyme, valerian vervain, white birch, white oak bark, yarrow.

Avoid : alfalfa, aloe, burdock, coltsfoot, corn silk, eehinacea, gentian, goldenseal, senna, rhubarb,red clover, St. John's-wort, shepherd purse, strawberry leaf, yellow dock.

Fruits: 1 fruit or 3-5 oz of fruit and 3-4 times daily

Avoid: blackberries, coconuts, cantaulope, melon, honeydew melon, oranges, plantains, rhubarb, strawberries, tangerines.


Meat & poultry : Red meat is used as a fuel for your type. Poultry is a secondary protein. Seafood is excellent for iodine which regulates thyroid because Type O have not enough of thyroid hormone. Dairy & eggs ; You can take small amount of dairy foods, but you digest it poorly. You should take daily calcium supplements (600- 1.000 miligrams elemental calcium daily)becauseType O have a tendency to develop inflamatory joint pain and arthritis. Cheese is bad for your digestion, but you can have an egg 3-4 in a week. Oils & fatsiUse only olive oil or flaxseed oil.Use better butter for Type OAB:

Mix together half pound ofumalted butter and quarter of cup offlaxseed oil Add three tablespoons oflecitin granules,Open a 400IU vitamin ,,E" capsule and squeeze the contents into the mixture. Whip until stiff.Refrigerate up 1 week. Nuts seeds: Type O trying to loose weight should avoid nuts,Only pumpkin seeds ( rich in zinc) and walnuts are highly beneficial for them, altough nuts may worsen digestive problems in people Type O with problem colons. Beans & legumes ,'Eat beans in moderation-beneficial help the digestion and heal ulcers. Say: It is not a good protein source for Type O. Soy is neutral. Grains; Wheat products aren't tolerated at all. It produces weight gain. Yo can eat pastas

made from rice flour, buckwheat, quinoa or Jerusalem artichoke. Vegetables: Vegetables form critical component of your diet.Eat kale,spinacb,hroccoli, romainejettuce and collard greens which are rich in vitamin "K"- it helps in Type O weak blood clotting.Eggplant & potatoes cause arthritic condition in you.Avoid cabbage family(cabbage,brussel sprouts,cauliflower and mustard greens),they affect thyroid which is weak in your type. Alfalfa sprouts irritate the digestive tract.Mushrooms and olives trigger allergic reaction,Corn leads to obesity & diabetes. Rarely eat tomatoes (neutral). Fruits Fruits are excellent altemative to breads&pasta for Type OJt promotes weight loss too.Plums, prunes and figs are highly beneficial. Avoid melons3eantalope&honeydew also oranges,tangerines&strawberries,also blackberries. Check if you are allergic for coconut and if- avoid it(check food labels for it),Grapefruit can be included in O diet. Juices Vegetable juice is preferable to fruit's. Juices permitted : pineapple &black cherry. Spices& herbs Kelp is a rich source of iodine,also regulates your metabolism, it promotes weigt loss. Parsley helps your blood to clot.Curry & cayenne are soothingfor you. Vinegar irritates the stomach,and black pepper gives allergic reaction,Sugar, honey

and chocolate should be limited, corn syrup & sweeteners should be avoided. ContRmentsdATait mustard & salad dressings.Avoid ketchup because it contains vinegar. The same is for mayonnaise. All pickled foods are indigestible,they irritate your stomach lining,Replace condiments with olive oil, lemon juice & garlic, MisceUanous beverages: Coffee increases high stomach acid so eliminate it. Seltzer is

permitted.Wine are allowed.Green tea is good coffee alternative,altough neutral. Herbal teas: Drink licorice product from health food store named DGL, except licorice supplements & licorice root, since it can raise blood pressure. Drink soothing teas like parsley, peppermint, rose hips and sarsaparilla. Avoid alfalfa, aloe, burdock and com silk, because they weaken your immune system.
